Everything about me!!

Hello everyone, I’m Kaan Akaydin Full Stack Developer since 2015. I was born in Istanbul Turkey in August 1993 so I’m from Turkey but I moved to Canada in January 2019. After that time, I’m living in Toronto, Canada.

I always wanted to open a blog to share something about me, programming or general discussions. Also, you can follow everything about me in this blog.

For this post, I would like to start explaining myself. If you have enough patience to read the full article, you will learn everything about me. So, I will start with my career history, technical skills and lastly, you will see my personal interest.

Career History

I got my Bachelor of Science degree in Istanbul from Yeditepe University at the Information Technology Solutions Department. I was always a curious guy about computer science and wanted to know more information about computers, software, web technologies, etc. For this reason, I decided to study in this field.

After my University education, I worked in the telecommunication sector for 1 year 8 months and I moved to Canada in January 2019 for my Post-Grad education at Humber College at Information Technology Solutions program. It was 2 years program and I improved my programming skills more. During my college time in Canada, I worked as an IT Consultant and I did some freelance jobs. Thanks to one of my freelance jobs, I got hired by my current employer and I’m still working for them as a Software Developer since I graduated from Humber College.

Personal Interests

I have some hobbies like everyone. I’m a big fan of Galatasaray SK, a Turkish soccer team if you don’t know. So, I like to play soccer as well. Also, I’m not bad at Basketball, Volleyball and swimming. Since I came to Canada, I started to play American Football but I’m not even a beginner.

My other biggest passion is video games. Mostly, I’m playing console games on PlayStation but I’m open-minded for every platform and my first choice is open-world games. Maybe, I can share something about games in this blog.
